[Android] Don't create app on fabric.io

Hi @corymsmith, I have setuped fabric on Android Studio, and run command react-native install react-native-fabric I have build app and run success on Android emulator, but don't create app on fabric.io. Help me!

you should also follow the native Fabric guide to integrate
