Update device_info to use new connections attribute

This fixes the fan device creation on newer HA releases

Hi, Thanks for working on the problem. I made the posted changes, but for some reason the system started producing a log endlessly. (The prana was pinched. :)) Since the system is live and also manages the heating, I had to return... (HA core 2023.11.3)
