Additional Corredor helper examples

Come up with a bunch of real-world examples and prepare a bunch of examples; for example:

• how to create a duplicate of the created/updated record
• how to create a clone + additional metadata (audit log) for record changes
• how to set up the entire namespace contents (modules, pages, charts) when a new namespace is created
• how to send emails, ...

There are some examples here so try not to make too many duplicates
