get cluster_info.tsv without launching gui?

Hi,

I am having problems getting the gui to run in MacBook Pro M1 with macOS Monterey due to incompatibility of Qt5. However, I need to check some data and do some controls and I find cluster_info.tsv file very useful.

Is there a way of getting the cluster_info.tsv file without launching the gui?

I currently don't have access to another computer to run phy, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello @mdiamantaki, did you find a way in the end? I was also looking for a way to do this. I imagine most fields of cluster_info.tsv could be retrieved by custom code but I figured there might be a code chunk doing that.
