Some of the features are not displayed. What should I check?

I had a similar issue today, specifically for the Waveform view. Updating did not work. I had to do a full uninstall and reinstall and that did resolve the no display issue, but not all of the hotkey shortcuts are functioning and many of the features fail to update and I have to close and reopen the views often.
