Use of non red dye

Hey, has anyone used a non-red dye to mark the probes? I have seen options in green and far-red but I am not sure if they are will work well with the probe. Any recommendations?

We have had some success with DiO (green). I imagine they all will work but you'll just have to test it I guess...
