Kilosort config

Hi all, I'm preparing to fire up kilosort with my first neuropixels recording. I wanted to ask you guys, how much did you need to tweak the default parameters to get good results? Does anyone have an example config file that they are willing to share? Thanks in advance, Rich

Well, Kilosort was essentially created for neuropixels. I use default parameters. The one for which tweaking could help is Nfilt, which can be lowered if you find that you never need to split but need to do too many merges; or increased if you are having to split templates.
