Unable to transform sagittal planes

Hello! I'm having trouble using SHARP-Track with sagittal brain slices. When I attempt to register the brain slices, the transformation appears to be off. I've updated my local repository and reviewed both issues #28 and #58, but I couldn't pinpoint the problem.
