Add optionality to numRepeats Parameter

Add a way to delete numRepeats parameter or globalise it so the experiment doesn't end once the number for numRepeats has been reached

  1. globalizing numRepeats now works 57ba45c710f8e39e226e493d2b50613c056485ba
  2. deleting would be more difficult but I think it would be worth trying in the future
