Alyx instance should be optional input to hw.Timeline/start

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's annoying to have to pass in an instance of Alyx to hw.Timeline/start, especially when just testing things.

Describe the solution you'd like Make this input an optional parameter. When start called with only an expRef, create an empty, headless Alyx instance for the user.
