PrinterListener thread sticking around on Tomcat Context undeploy

The following bug was fixed in OpenJDK 18 and patched to OpenJDK 17. However, per the report it was acknowledged as existing prior to JDK 11. We encountered the issue in JDK 11 so we would like it to be patched back. It is intermittent so we don't see it every time we shut down a context on Tomcat 9, however, it does exist there.
