Are there plans to support Corretto 11 on Windows Server 2022 ?

Neither Windows Server 2022 nor Windows 11 is currently listed in the supported OS list for Corretto 11 and 17 https://aws.amazon.com/corretto/faqs/

We believe you will not have problems but we haven't performed thorough testing yet. They will be on the supported list soon. If you try Corretto on Windows 11/Server 2022 and have problems, please cut us an issue and we'll look into it
