Different display settings for different time periods

E.g. CF Lumen has "Daytime" (no changes to display), "Sundown" (change to display, e.g. colour temperature 3000k), "Sleep" (change to display, e.g. 255 0 0 - red channel only/astronomer's mode).

Dark hours is being removed in favor of intensity fade in. This feature can be added back with more time period options but can only work if fading is not enabled. Let me know if you have any better implementation idea.
