log retention handled in Coroot

Open emanzat opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

Hello,

How is log retention handled in Coroot? Is it one week (last week) as indicated in the timeline?

or should retention be configured in ClickHouse?

Thank you for your response.

I would love to know this aswell. Is there anyway to update the retention period in clickhouse from the coroot helm chart?

Coroot creates data tables in Clickhouse with a default TTL of 7 days. To adjust data retention, you need to manually alter the tables.

ALTER TABLE otel_logs MODIFY TTL toDateTime(Timestamp) + toIntervalDay(14);

Where can I make a feature request to make this configurable in the UI?
