Allow y axis to start at 0 [Feature Request]

In Stacked, Bar, it would be nice to have option for the chart to start at '0'.

My work around now is to add 'min:0' to ticks under yAxes and then rebuild the package.

I'm looking to do the same. Do you have to maintain your own fork in order to use your customized version?
