GScholar Captcha robot verify

Hi, Liang, Thanks for keep updating it. I would like to report an issue of GScholar. As soon as this extension is enabled in Chrome, GScholar will keep asking for Captcha robot verify after a few pubmed searches (within an hour). And it just get worse and worse until GScholar could not be accessible from my Chrome. I tried to disable all GScholar related codes in the following files, and the problem was gone. contentscript.js / background.js / history.js / manifest.json

But it bring up another issue that the extension keeps using thepaperlink.cn, which is quite slow here in the US. Do you mind to check this issue in your end?

I think I fix the .cn site issue in a recent update. Regarding gscholar, I could introduce a option to disable in a coming release
