Staff type selection and Disply is not working properly

Describe the bug

• [ ] When trying to add a staff type as Ophthalmologist, the selection from the dropdown takes multiple clicks and its automatically changes to Immunologist staff type. ( users may don't notice the change in selection and they will submit )

• [ ] Immunologist staff type takes multiple clicks ( if you are adding immunologist after adding the ophthalmologist issue it will throw the error saying Something went wrong. because its already added when ophthalmologist type selected. ) Link for the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19iMBPyinJX7pNvu_M6kk9IIBnAhmDA9E/view?usp=sharing

• [ ] Currently, the staff type display in the facility page is limited to 14 cards. Its raises the next issue; a) when u add a staff type after 14 staff types, it will be submitted with successful message but it will not be visible on the display session also the same staff type will be available again on the dropdown. if u are again select the same option it will throws the error "something went wrong" b) add pagination for this issue ??? link for the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JYblX7HUMdgGCvyE8MiLmXLep1eEH8tf/view?usp=sharing To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a facility and click on Add staff types
2. Select Ophthalmologist from the dropdown and see the first error
3. Then Select the immunologist option to the second error'
4. Add 14 staff type and add the next one
5. Scroll down to the staff type display session
6. See error

Expected behavior

• [ ] When an Ophthalmologist is selected it should be selected and displayed
• [ ] Separate the ophthalmologist and Immunologist. ( i think currently its considered as same)
• [ ] Dropdown options should be selected on a single click
• [ ] Error messages should be clear and precise about what is the error happened rather than showing something went wrong.
• [ ] All the Staff type display cards should be available on the facility page or add pagination
