manage patient button is not properly responsive

Describe the bug

in the patient consultation page , the manage patient button is not properly responsive in the mac book screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

it should be properly responsive based on the screen size
