Enhancement to the pain scale preview mode

Describe the bug Follow-up : https://github.com/coronasafe/care_fe/issues/7378

in the pain scale preview mode, it is only showing the pain scale value

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patient consultation page
2. Click on vitals section and scroll down to the pain scale preview mode
3. click on any existing body part to preview existing data
4. See error

Expected behavior

based on the input, we should be showing a badge of low, mild, and high along with pain scale value in the preview mode.

0-3- Low 3-7- Mild 8-10- High

Note: Get the UI approved in the EOD call, before start coding on it
