Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a doctor from the hub adds a doctor's notes to the patient file, (https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/a31e6a24-0146-4043-b295-3a6c2fe7e095/patient/86db5dde-ffdb-4473-9eab-3e6b2088d7d6/notes) the local doctor is very likely to miss it out. As the notification only appears in the notification panel and not anywhere on the patient card.

Describe alternatives you've considered Any unread message only has value if red immediately, say within 72 hours or less. So any unread message may cease to send prompt as mentioned above after 72 hours of filing it
