File Upload- to be added to discharge summary

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Nurses are uploading a lot of clinically relevant files for the patient in file upload. However, the same are not included in the discharge summary.

Describe the solution you'd like Include all the unachieved files in file upload to discharge summary as annexes at the end. Add a tile to the annexes. The tile shall be same as file name given to the file upload.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context Nurses are using file upload for easy data entry to add lab results and others details of the patient. These are important information that MUST be included in the discharge summary
