• Backend changes realted to Patient Privacy Alert feature.
• Created a field privacy in consultationBed model.
• Created API toggle_patient_privacy in consultationBed viewset.

• related to issue Privacy Control Alert under Live Camera Feed Enhancement
• Makes all the backend changes related to privacy featue.

Architecture changes

• addition of toggle_patient_privacy API in consultationBed viewset.
• Addition of boolean field privacy in consultationBed model.
