Windows: unsigned binaries for Solar2D 2023.3689+

Mentioned versions does not have signed Windows binaries. Corona Labs certificate had expired, and we are working on procuring a code signing certificate for Solar2D.

How about self-signing before the certificate is renewed to prevent illegal modification?
