Missing explanation that certificate cannot be generated on RAT result screen after result is available

Describe the bug

On the RAT result screen, the information that a testing station doesn't support issuing official EU COVID certificates is missing after the test result is available.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Perform RAT

  2. Add to CWA

  3. View Test Result screen. It shows info that this testing site doesn't issue certificates. https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android/blob/63df24be9d2bc1bfb324325d79b1c8b0f8606f4d/Corona-Warn-App/src/main/res/values/strings.xml#L1099

  4. Wait until test result is available in CWA

  5. View Test Result screen. Former information are now no longer displayed. The last item that is displayed is "Remove test". The certificate is not mentioned at all.

Expected behaviour

Keep showing this information.

FYI, see https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android/pull/5475#pullrequestreview-1078496215 This is not a bug, but rather a feature request and it should be also implemented in iOS
