Better text for when the red warning goes away
Current Implementation
When the scary red warning of a higher risk goes away after a week or so, there is just a short message, something like "you are no longer at a high risk" that quickly disappears. It is not possible to get the message again in order to show someone to ask what this means.
Suggested Enhancement
It would be nice in such a case to a) Leave the message up for a day or at least make it findable again b) Make the message positive! "The person has been in fear for a week, constantly taking self-tests. It would be nice to hear something like: Great news, your risk level is back to normal." And if no positive test is registered, something like "Stay healthy!" would be upbeat.
Expected Benefits
- Motivate the person to keep using the app by making the message more positive and making it more sticky, findable.
- People have been in fear for 7-10 days, they will need to feel relieved that the exposure was not problematic. Help them to get over the fear.
- An upbeat message will get people, especially older people, to talk about the positive experience with their friends, encouraging more people to use the app.
[suggested by a retired person who asked me about this, noting his confusion and irritation at not being able to find the message again this morning]
