Increase screen brightness to 100% when opening QR-codes

Current Implementation

The screen brightness doesn't change when opening a QR-Code. This could make scanning it difficult.

Suggested Enhancement

Set brightness automatically to 100% after a QR-Code has been tapped. This should be implemented with all QR-codes (check-ins, certificates, Schnelltest-Profil, etc.).

Expected Benefits!

Increased scanability.

I'd suggest, that if you tap on the qrcode, the qrcode gets big and the screen brightness goes up to 100%. Maybe if you'll do that, make one qrcode view model for all places...

The QR-Code is already shown in fullscreen once pressed. This is implemented in the "Schnelltest-Profil" as well as under "Meine QR-Codes" for event-check ins.

Do you think it would make sense to change the title (and OP) of this issue to make it more general so that it also applies to all other QR-Codes shown in the app (certificates, etc.).

Will this move forward at some point? I consider this essential. Currently it's very annoying and I switched to Swiss Covid Certificate which does this in the meantime.
