Fix various issues in FAQ #tan_procedure

This PR resolves issue #3063 "TAN procedure FAQ" regarding the text of the FAQs:

  • https://www.coronawarn.app/en/faq/results/#tan_procedure "TAN Procedure"
  • https://www.coronawarn.app/de/faq/results/#tan_procedure "TAN-Verfahren"

Changes

  1. The virus is written as "SARS-CoV-2" to be consistent with other places on the website, with RKI: COVID-19 (Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2) and with the WHO.
  2. The TAN hotline telephone number is formatted as 0800 7540002 and +49 30 498 75402 consistently with other places on the web which refer to the hotline.
  3. The term "Status" tab is used to refer to the app's default start screen
  4. The tile text for the English language UI is corrected to read "Manage Your Tests" / "Continue" / "Was your PCR test positive?"
  5. Typos and punctuation are corrected
  6. The readability of the English translation is improved

If you feel that the names of the tabs ('Status', 'Certificates', etc.) should always be in quotes in the FAQs, then I suggest you open a new issue only for this subject. There is some inconsistency in the FAQs in the way that they are written. To make them consistent would require editing several FAQ articles.

  • Please review and merge this PR which provides multiple corrections to the PR https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-website/pull/3060 from @larswmh & @dsarkar published one week ago. @dsarkar announced in https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ios/issues/4602#issuecomment-1205004898 that he and the colleagues from Community Management are practically unavailable now, so it is unclear to me who, if anyone, is available to handle incoming PRs.

  • Perhaps @GisoSchroederSAP can clarify, since he wrote in https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-ios/issues/4602#issuecomment-1205273865 "Regarding the WebPage, which is an important part of the CWA communication and documentation, we will also continue to work on necessary changes/updates."? I would classify this PR as a necessary change, since it addresses incorrect information in an FAQ article on the coronawarn.app - FAQ section website (TAN Procedure (EN) and TAN-Verfahren (DE) FAQs). Approximately 1.000 TANs are currently issued daily (see https://www.coronawarn.app/en/analysis/).

If there is capacity to review and merge this PR that would be good. Especially the error that the English instructions contain the wrong text "Are you getting tested?" / "Next" / "Your PCR test was positive?" which are literal translations of the German app text, and not the text which is actually used by the app, should be corrected.

The tile text for the English language UI in this PR is corrected to read "Manage Your Tests" / "Continue" / "Was your PCR test positive?". This matches what the app actually displays.
