`further_details` (statistics FAQ entry) does not mention vaccination, local statistics & hospitalization statistics

Describe the issue

The FAQ entry does not mention the vaccination statistics, which were added in version 2.5. Neither it explains the local statistics which were added in version 2.6. Also it does not mention the hospitalization statistics.

Suggested change

Add informations reg. the vaccination statistics & local statistics to the FAQ entry.

The issue will get worse with the release of version 2.6, which includes local statistics.

needs to be completely reworked:

• ~~move from section "News" perhaps to new section "Statistics"?~~ now in section "Other features"
• remove reference in title to release 1.11
• remove detailed information for facts covered in blog post and refer instead to blog post https://www.coronawarn.app/en/blog/2021-08-05-statistictiles/ and https://www.coronawarn.app/de/blog/2021-08-05-statistictiles/
• add details for statistics not covered by blog post, i.e. vaccination and local statistics

This FAQ entry got even more outdated with the newly added statistic cards in version 2.12: Corona-Warn-App version 2.12 enables central access to QR code scanner and expands statistics area.

Sad to see the FAQs get more and more out of date! If the current team can't keep up with keeping the FAQs up to date, because it is already working to capacity with the other things, it should be considered to add someone new to the team, responsible for the FAQs/content of the website.

I would really like to provide more PRs currently, but I am very bussy currently (and this probably won't change in the near future). I hope to have some time around Christmas where I can provide some PRs!
