No pop up requesting confirmation if the user decides against requesting a test certificate

Technical details
- Device name: iPhone XR / Huawei P Smart 2019
- iOS/Android version: 15.0.2 / 10
- App version: 2.12.1
Describe the bug
If the user clicks on "No Thanks" on the request test certificate screen, there is no pop up asking for confirmation that the user really wanted to not request a test certificate. However, as this decision is not revertable (=if you press on the false button once you don't have the possibility to correct your mistake), there should definitely be a pop up requesting confirmation.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Open the Corona-Warn-App
- Use the QR-Code scanner on the tab bar to scan a test QR code
- Click on "Accept"
- Click on "Share Once" (iOS)
- Click on "No Thank You"
- Scroll down
- See the text "No official digital COVID test certificate will be issued, as per your request."
Expected behaviour
The app needs to show a pop up if the user is about to make a decision which can't be changed later.
Possible Fix
Add a pop up asking for confirmation. Similar to the one which is shown when the user deletes a test.

@dsarkar Is there any progress in the internal ticket? What's the priority of this item?
Although this is still a valid issue, I'm closing it now, as the CWA project went into ramp-down mode. I therefore don't expect it to be addressed anymore.
