Your Question
It is known that the Random-IDs the iPhone receives from other phones with an active ENF app are stored by iOS and that these are not included in a backup or a device migration. However, there are some questions which have to be clarified:
- Sometimes CWA shows the Onboarding again, when restored from a backup. When is this the case?
- Sometimes CWA starts on the home screen and shows the days since installation including the days the app was installed on the old iPhone, although there is no data from the ENF of these days available anymore. When is this the case?
- Sometimes the app starts on the new device behaving as nothing has happened, all contact journal entries, certificates, check-ins are there & the app also behaves like it has access to the RPIs of the last 14 days, although it hasn't. When is this the case?
And additional question: When does the CWA migrate the data to a new phone and when not? Maybe it does migrate via a local backup (iTunes) but not if restored via iCloud?

I asked this question nearly half a year ago and still did not receive any feedback. Why?

Has the team investigated this part of the app?
This issue was opened more than 1 year ago and wasn't answered. The question itself is still valid, though. But, as the CWA project went into ramp-down mode, I'm not interested in an answer to this question anymore. I'm therefore closing this issue now.
