Restrict max image size

Maybe issue #25 could be used to solve this as well. Is development still active for this plugin?

Looks like img { max-width: 100%; } may work as the simple & dirty fix.. I'm down to muck around with CSS/UX though I haven't done chrome add-ons in a really long time. My cards all have "context" which is me doing screenshots of the relevant physiology class slides so this is a killer feature.

Not really, these days I'm busier than when I started this project and have been neglecting it. If you'd like to become a maintainer I'd be happy to give you the relevant permissions or point to your fork.
