Disabling CornerstoneTools

Description

Hello I am using cornerstoneTools for my cornerstone element. When I use cornerstoneTools.init(), it disable my custom wheel listener and set the wheel listener to its stack. I want to ask that how can I disable cornerstoneTools so that I can use my custom wheel listener again?
