Implementing Custom Tools

Description

I am trying to build a custom tool for free hand drawing of lines ( Like FreehandRoi but there are no annotations, it's just a drawing tool), but I've run into difficulties implementing it. I've looked into the cornerstone-tools folder at how different tools are built, but I'm not really able to understand on how to build a simple tool like that. The documentation doesn't seem to go beyond the basic implementation and I don't really know how to approach this further. Any tips?
