[Bug] Can't load and displaying DICOM file with OP modality

Describe the Bug

I have one of type DICOM file can't not load and display using cornerstone. Please help me check it.

1.2.392.200106.1610.2.2.999-99-9999.20160121125652.2.1.dcm.zip

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open example page: https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/local.html
2. Load file form local
3. Can't display image
