[Bug] Closed freehand max show as "-Infinity" on oblique data

Describe the Bug

The closed freehand ROI doesn't have min, max, mean and std dev values are missing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the viewer with oblique data 't2_tse_tra' in https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.7310.5101.860473186348887719777907797922
  2. Draw closed freehand ROI
  3. Observe the viewport

The current behavior

The min, max, std dev and mean values are missing

The expected behavior

Should show the min, max, std dev and mean values
