Krew is not able to install latest v0.5.1 version

Expected behavior The latest v0.5.1 version of the rakkess/access-matrix plugin should be installable via krew. Since they are no access-matrix-amd64-linux.tar.gz package availalble in the release page (only the source code) for this version, I reckon krew is not able to see the changes and do apply an upgrade of this plugin from v0.5.0

Actual behavior The access-matrix-amd64-linux.tar.gz package should be available for the v0.5.1 so krew is able to upgrade the plugin installed on our boxes
