I'm not sure whether the subcommand can help me in this particular use case: I've got GISAID metadata which has whitespace in sequence names, and GISAID sequences that have underscore....

I think this is not supported - `jj` seems to not support ndjson at all sadly. I agree that the syntax is more readable than jq, but also far more...
