kde-holidays.h missing

Hi, I get an error that kde-holidays.h is missing in the kxml_compiler/tests/kde-holidays.cpp

Well the tests are pretty much broken at the moment, but I am planning to work on them once I finish the libkode reintegration.

The mentioned header should be generated during the test run from the given schema.
