Update manifest data to have complete package data

Currently most manifest simply have a link to the sources as package data. Most libraries are also available as packages directly to be used on several platforms. It would be nice to have more complete package data, so that libraries could more easily be installed.

A lot of this probably should be automated. Sounds like it could be one of the bigger tasks in this project.
