Allow users to request a library to add to the list of Inqlude libraries. This can be a link on the website that leads to a Github issue. This feature can be seen here: https://cdnjs.com/

This is a good idea. The preferred way to request a library would be to submit a pull request which adds the manifest. How could this be done in the easiest way?
