Please consider changing the default behaviour of me_cleaner.

I sincerely apologize if this comes off the wrong way, I genuinely appreciate this project, but please don't make it overwrite the original input file when no arguments have been given, or at least make it create a backup of the original firmware with a different filename. I can only speak for myself, however I mistakenly used me_cleaner without any arguments to check whether a dump I had was mistakenly cleaned as it was tripping Boot Guard on my system and I couldn't determine whether it was the original or a modified dump, which ended up removing the ME code from that dump, and I am not sure if I have a backup.

I understand that the mistake was my fault, however, please consider not cleaning the original input file by default and perhaps do a 'dry run' to see what the script will do without modifying the file, whilst having a message to urge the user to double check they have a backup of the original file.

The script needs a revised version anyway, GUI would be nice too. When I have time, I'll maybe take a look.

Have you already flashed the modified one? You could add the removed sections back. What ME Version? You can check the ME Firmware with UEFITOOL or.., for any removed sections, then you would know if its modified or not.

Thanks for replying, I luckily had a working backup as I was very careful with leaving backups everywhere and I got the machine up and running again.
