[No success] Gigabyte GA-H110TN bootloop

ifdtool and me_cleaner did not show any error messages. me_cleaner says ME/TXE firmware version 11.8.50.3425 (generation 3).

I tried me_cleaner with -s / -S / -S -d / no options at all.

Any use of -S/-s showed the bios screen and allowed me to enter bios setup, but if I didn't choose to enter setup or after exiting it, it came back to the bios screen instead of booting the os. No error messages at all.

With no options at all, I had no bios screen, but power consumption seemed to indicate that it was a bootloop as well.

Flashing back original BIOS (version F25) brought everything back to normal.

I used an external flasher (Raspberry Pi).

I am out of options at the moment, but I would be willing to try other ideas, as I can always return to original bios with the external flasher. I don't have any specific hardware for further debugging though.

On some boards the bootcode is somewhat tied to the embedded firmwares of the board. You might be out of luck. It could even be the network adapter which would make things worse.
