not booting, show logo and mouse pointer, mouse works but somehow slow or flickery, if clicks any mouse button shows virtual keyboard (suppose to type a bios password) but no input window, hangs after few seconds if try to click it with a mouse, usb keyboard not working, also can't get in to bios/features via f2 f7 f10 delete escape on startup. removing rtc battery - no effect. use good programmer with desoldering ic

Yea, at some boards only the disable bit works. I guess you have to deal with it.
