Right One Eight Block (U+2595) Glyph Issue

The character U+2595 (right one eighth block) does not extend all the way down to the descender line (in fact the lowest point seems halfway between the base line and the ascender line). The glyph associated with left one eighth block does not suffer from this same issue and extends all the way down to the descender line.

Almost all fonts have this issue, the only exception is RegularItalic.

This is confirmed in macOS Character Viewer, terminal and TextEdit.
