Links to pdfs aren't working (docs/PDF/PDF.md)

For example, the first (download) link goes to http://corkami.googlecode.com/svn-history/r480/trunk/misc/pdf/encode-hex.pdf Which doesn't work now. I was also surprised the example PDFs weren't in the repository.

* Fix link to [Initial Values page](https://github.com/corkami/docs/blob/master/InitialValues.md) * Remove `` since markdown doesn't support it and the target XML file is offline anyway.
