Add support for Intercom or some other chat-based customer service avenue

I'm thinking of having the Intercom icon down in the corner of the page, but another service might work just as well. This might require selecting some sort of system for keeping track of user requests, such as ZenDesk, but I'm hoping we can just use the features that are built into Intercom (or equivalent).
