Add /health enpoint to coreroller API

Would be nice to have an API endpoint where one can query to check the health of Coreroller.

I'd need that, to put CoreRoller behind an AWS ELB. ELB only reports InService for 20x and I can only get 401 (Unauthorized) or 404 (Not found).
