  • Prompt for missing packages at the beginning of the build.
  • Re-use netboot.iso if it exists.

@hexmode Awesome, thanks for the PR! Currently, I am involved in a time-critical project. I can invest some time in my open source projects beginning of November. I am going to merge your PR, and I will apply some other changes based on insights I gained from various forks of this project.
