feature request: collect container logs automatically

I think this would likely be useful for pluton and kola. If we collect via the logs that the kubelet outputs, then kola tests won't benefit. So seems like we have to collect docker logs, but i'm not sure what will happen when the kubelet uses containerd directly in the future either.
