update docks for coreos deploy on bare metal

Hello Mates

I would like to deploy coreos with kubernetes on my servers on-premise [ we have whole infrastructure ] and I found a really good docks for that https://coreos.com/kubernetes/docs/latest/getting-started.html however on page with workers there is no information about how to connect coreos to master etcd. I found this dock https://coreos.com/os/docs/latest/cluster-architectures.html however solution form Easy development/testing cluster - Configuration for worker role dosen't work for me when I would like to marge this two docks and have locksmith [for testing, etc] Can you be so kind and add to firs docks information how to add worker etcd to master one please ? More then perfect will be create docks where conf files are created from head insted off cloud-config

Also if you would like to I can help with building docks for zero to k8s on bare metal :-)
